Romulan Soldier

Here is my latest Custom Character commission for Glenn Judd. This time he wanted himself drawn up as Romulan wearing a modified Pacific201 uniform with ST2009 Romulan facial tats. This was drawn using Procreate on my iPad Pro, Photoshop for some editing and Illustrator for the sash texture and rank insignias.
